The panel was: Tom Bloxham, chairman of Urban Splash; Pete Bradshaw, head of infrastructure at Manchester City FC; Alice Webb, COO of BBC North, Patrick Joynson, head of Savills' Manchester office, and Ruairidh Jackson, strategy and development director at NOMA (The Co-operative).
