New London Legacy Development Corporation chairman Daniel Moylan marked his first month in office with the launch of an Olympic Park creative centre. Moylan cut the ribbon on Friday to the Hackney Wick Fish Island Cultural Centre, known as The White Building, a former derelict building that has now been brought back into use. Speaking to Estates Gazette, Moylan talked about his first month in office and the challenges of finding legacy uses for the Olympic Stadium and 1m sq ft media centre.
